Did you run dbdoctor? It catches more stuff.
Or is that what "Database Check" is?
Also, this is one that Cadence should see. It should not do this
without giving a DRC. I have seen it do this when I have used
slide before but it always created a drc. This looks like a
problem that needs fixing.

We fall in to one problem. We are using Allegro tool (Ver 15.2). There is a net short in our design. Allegro does not warn / shown about this short.
We are using oval type pads in our IC foot print. This issue is coming only with oval type pads. This short is created, when we gloss the corner to arc. The "No DRC" is not detecting this short. We have done "Database check" and "Update DRC". This also does not detected this error.
I have attached a image file that shows the location of the short in our design. We found this issue, when we manually check the design.
I think, it could be some issue/bug with the allegro. Can you please suggest / Help us on how to prevent this kind of issues in future?
