[PCB_FORUM] Re: Is anyone having Allegro crashing issues using SPB 16.1 and laptop computers?

We were crashing a lot and cadence told me to download the latest video
driver because open-gl was causing the problem.

After I downloaded the latest driver it is 90% better.

Yes, tons of crashes, Unix A16.01
Today's flavor routing diffs.
Doing a study with lots of drc's I remember there being an issue once
before regarding that, I wonder if it's a reborn enhancement?
I've also seen this while using the shape functions
create/modify/z-copy.

Is anyone having Allegro crashing issues using SPB 16.1 and laptop
computers?

Have received a few comments of Allegro 16.1 crashing with Dell M70
Laptops. Can anyone concur with similar problems ( or on any laptop)?

If so, and better yet, do you know what may be causing this. I am
using a Dell M60 laptop and have had no issues. But I have not yet
started using the 16.1 release of software.
