Check

1) for Device file path under menu setupàuserpreferenceàconfigpath -
devpath. Also be sure that your environment path points to the proper
directories for padstack files (PADPATH), nd symbol files (PSMPATH) so that the
tool can access the correct padstacks, devices, and package symbols.

2) Use DEV_CHECK command to see if device file has any errors.

3) Go though the C:/Cadence/SPB_15.7/doc/algrologic/algrologic.pdf

Good Luck,

Nagaraj.

Hi Felix,

A quick look at my code doesn't give me any idea why you would get that error
message.

I did the development in 16.01. It is possible that it behaves differently in
other versions.

I have attached the current version of the logoMaker code. It is possible that
this will work where your current code will not.

Cheers, Dave
