Import a Pin File is already available in Capture, if you have a more
current version (say v10). You can run the symbol "wizard" or something
along those lines, and import the pin list. Go to the Xilinx site and
search for a pin list (say for the Virtex4 part, and you find pin lists to
import into Capture. Works pretty cool. You'll still have to massage the
symbol to get something you like though.
But, yes, there is a way. Also, look in HELP for the process.
