Question 1...This must be used to verify the ncdrill data to the board file. But as a graphical representation, we just display filled pads and holes to see annular rings.
Question 2...Is there a way to create a plt file and select a origin point so during import you can get it aligned properly? 
We always drop in a plt file, then move it to align.
Any skill files for this?

Is there a listing of any other executables that can be run in DOS?
