Gennadiy,

          The "Studio" level license does not support import or
          export of tech files. You need to get access to Cadence's
          "Studio Performance" license level or higher.

I would like to import PCB design constraints from a previous design. I 
have checked the freelist.org for
similar postings and I don't have Import->Tech file in the menu. I am 
running PCB Studio 15.5.
