If you are using Allegro Studio and do not have the Import - Techfile function, 
you can open the CNS master form > Spacing values then do a "CTRL + P" this 
will open the Print Spacing Rule Set dialog, you can then save it down as a 
Script and reuse it on another design.

was the version, but was not sure.
And sorry about the double message. I had settings/server changed in my email

have checked the freelist.org for
similar postings and I don't have Import->Tech file in the menu. I am
running PCB Studio 15.5.
