Here is the note I put on my Fab drawing regarding lead free:

 

Material: FR4, Polyclad 370HR or equivalent.  Material should meet IPC-4101
Standards, including IPC-4101/98.

 

I would be interested to know if anyone else has referenced a different or
additional IPC Standard.  We are just starting to move to lead free.

Is there a IPC # I can addd to my assembly drawing so my contractor will be
in compliance with the RoHS/Lead Free ?

 

Right now I only have IPC-A-610 current rev. (class 2) on the assy. dwg.
