[PCB_FORUM] How to create custom shape

 

Hi,

 

1) I will like to create a custom shape as below, kindly advise how to
create?

 



 

 

2)  I'm trying to measure the distance between center of pad to center of
pad (see below). Pin 1 is able to click to the center of the pad but pin 2
always click to the bottom corner 

(offset xy : 4mils) from left bottom corner. How do I measure and snap to
the center of pin 2?
