[PCB_FORUM] Re: How do you make a REFDES invisible?

Hi

There's probably several ways.  
Personally, I don't have a conscience about deleting text of, say, bypass caps 
under BGAs.  

It would be a reasonable request for Cadence - able to move the text to a 
"REFDES_HIDDEN" subclass.

May be.  I figured at the symbol level, I should be able to suppress REFDES.
If I can't do it that way, then I guess deleting it is the answer...thanks.
