File > Export > Sub Drawing
Find Filter set to "Text"
Export the fab notes and then read them into your latest board.
File > Import > Sub Drawing
Make sure your new board has the text defined as a legitimate sub
class.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] How do I copy fabrication notes from one .brd file
to another?
Hi,
I have a .brd file that has fabrication notes in it (and tooling
corners), that I'd like to copy to another .brd file. How do I go about
doing that?
Thanks,
Austin
