When you run your summary report  or dangling line report are there
dangling lines?
If so  "in a copy database" try glossing the dangling lines have "only"
line smoothing checked and "only" dangling lines inside line smoothing
form checked.

I ran DBDoctor within the database and outside on the shell command line
still doesn't help.

I got a lots of these warning on every artwork layers,
Any one know how to fix these errors message?
 
 WARNING: Segment with same start and end points at
 (75.2869 -194448.6314) will be ignored.  Increasing output
 accuracy may allow segment to be generated.
 
 
My artwork parameter setup:

NC Drill format is 2.5
Drawing parameter accuracy is 4
