VisualCAM from WISE Software Solutions, Inc. (makers of GerbTool) with the
ARE (Assembly Reverse Engineering) module has the ability to create parts
(and therefore centroids) automatically from IPC-D356 netlists, and
semi-automatically from silkscreen text, from centroid or bom files or
manual identification.
