IIRC the techfile, placement file, and clibboard file in 13.6 is the
same format as in 14.2.  You can export everything out of 14.2 and
import it back into 13.6, but it is a major league PITA.

Let me 1st apologize because I think this was discussed not to long ago
.. but I need to ask once again.
 
I would like to either Down Rev or File Export an Allegro DB from
Allegro 14.2 to Allegro 13.6 ... Can this be done? if so  the procedure
please.
