[PCB_FORUM] Re: Ever had a computer that would not allow an install of Cadence?

Were there any previous other EDA/CAD applications installed on the machine 
prior to running the Cadence install?

I recall some incompatibilities with .dlls, ModelSim, IIRC, that would cause it 
to hang.  They probably did that intentionally, go scan for a Mentor app...   ;)
