Jim,
Look at the pin properties of the hole - you can add properties to make
the shape void or not void , set the clearances, etc.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] Dynamic shape void to Mechanical symbol NPTH
In 15.2 Studio, I am having a problem with a NPTH to dynamic shape.
The shape is looking at the hole as if it were part of the NO_TYPE group
in a high voltage area on the board where no_type has a large DRC
spacing.
I am not sure how to append or what to append to the mechanical symbol
to reduce the clearance. Has anyone run into this type of situation ?
