Hi Oleg,
1) run the DRC (fix shapes routine) in the Setup/Drawing Options -->
Update DRCs, with the "SMOOTH" shapes set to on.
2) if there are still shapes there, they are no doubt "left over,
duplicate" shapes on the board. These occur in the translation from
pre-v15.2 to v15.2 databases. With v15.2 you have a new subclass in
'Stackup' called Boundry. This is how you can view the "bad DRC" shapes.
Turn on the Boundry and turn off 'Etch' and you'll see new shapes. These
should be your violating shapes. Delete them and you should be fine.
