Seiji,
what info do you already have and what are you looking for.
Usually the layout requirements would be defined by your Probe/ tester
capabilities, speeds and power needed by the DUT and your PCB material you use/
have at your perusal.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] Dut and Probe card guideline
Hi all,
First of all, sorry for the blank message I just posted.
I was trying to study up on some materials regarding DUT, Probe, PIB, DIB,
Tester board. I searched on the net but I can't seem to find any specific
information that would help in layout. I was wondering if anyone knew of any
sort of guideline to add to what I already have been provided with. Any help
will be appreciated.
Thanks
Seiji
