Hi Shirley,
It is possible to create another symbol with both parts in the same symbol. You will need to create the first symbol with sizeable pins by adding the pins under the Symbols tab in PDV. Once the first symbol has been created, you can copy the first symbol (sym_1) and paste into the Symbols tab to create sym_2 which is the second symbol. Then click on sym_2 and go to the Set Size tab and specify the symbol size. In the case of a dual npn transistor which has a total of 6 pins, set the size to 2. This will create pins E<0>, B<0>, C<0>, E<1>, B<1> and C<1> for sym_2. The symbol will contain all the pins in the part.
