[PCB_FORUM] Re: Drill tool codes

Size definitions are only really necessary in the tool header itself; only
the tool change is needed in the body of the drill data.

New at v15.2.  I got the tool codes to say T01, etc., but can't get them to
say T01C.045, etc.  I checked the Enhanced Excellon box, as instructed.
Something else I am missing?
