Mike,
I had a similar problem like this and took it cadence, as when
you looked at the the trace through show element you could clearly see
they matched and yet they DRCed. What it turned out to be was that a
resistor capacitor termination on the line and those parts had class of
IC and no PIN USE defined.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] DPTol problem
Hopefully someone can help me solve this. Using constraint
manager on some diff pairs and trying
to utilize delay tune and the DPTol slide gui to come within
tolerance. Upon grabbing the leg of the
pair in question I am getting red and minus measurements. Upon
getting close to where it should be
going green, it jumps to the plus measurement and red again. It
never shows green. One of our SI engineers
on a different machine with the same board and same net can get
it to go green, he cannot get it to
go green on my machine. Is there any setting locally or in the
env file that could be causing this? A bug?
I am using a newer release of software (same base 15.5.1) than
he. Any ideas would be a great help.
thanks,
