I assume then that is 400MHz DDR, as that is a %2 match (which is somewhat
aggressive) for 400MHz DDR (which is 800MHz for the data group).  I hope you
are also taking into consideration, using deltas, the wire lengths inside
the packages?

And...don't forget to add DM to the DQS/DQ groups.
