I am also interested in this fix.
One comment though: wouldn't you have to wait forever before all the
nets are expanded?
Just curious.

In the concept section of the cpm file set the following:
EXPAND_BEFORE_GLOBAL_NAVIGATE 'YES'
 
The default value is 'PROMPT'

        Hello all,
        Using Concept and Allegro, when I hilite a net in Allegro, I get
the following irritating message in concept.
        One message for everything I hilite and I have to click NO or
(X) on every one of them. This must be done before doing anything else
in the schematic.
        
        Pop-up Message reads: 
        Do you want to expand to see the net in the entire design?
        
        Any ideas?
