I absolutely agree! PADS does it and has been able to for years. A world
class tool like Cadence definitely should be able to do this.

But, if you do find some secret method that Cadence has kept to
themselves, please let us know.
It seems as though changing the diameter (or radius, for that matter)
should be within the scope of a tool like this.
Anybody agree?
