Hi Gary,

you have to define pin_group on pins to be able to swap.
I ca not remind where is located this propertie; search in help.

We have recently switched to Capture CIS.

The DE is having trouble figuring out how to make a BGA schematic symbol that 
allows me to swap pins in Allegro.

Anyone know how to do this? I've tried finding it in the Cadence documentation 
with no luck.
