You may be right in your assesment Austin. When I read it again, he is
probably refering to Studio when he says 220. Still doesn't make sense
to me.
Here's the quote verbatim:

I'm not sure I understand the logic of the explanation. If "folks" were
getting "way too much, incrementally," when purchasing Expert over
Performance, that would mean they would want to widen the price gap
between the two, not close it. Or, am I reading this wrong?
And yes, I am not happy that my maintenance fees will go up by %50 in
the near future.
