New? I have had a dual processor system for 3 or 4 years. :)
Do you mean the new dual-core processors?
Last I heard, there were "no plans" to introduce threading into Allegro,
which is the only way to have true multi-processing support.
That said, having multiple processors (or cores) DOES allow you to run
all the other things you need to without tying up the processor Allegro
is running on. The priority of the Allegro process needs to be adjusted
accordingly. (refer to the START command in a command window)

Hi
With all these questions about 15.7, I was wondering if anyone has heard
when
Cadence is going to support the new dual processor systems?
Thanks
