[PCB_FORUM] Allegro tutorial

In v13.6 and I think in v14.0, there was an old fashioned hands-on tutorial
that I would like to have to train somebody in 14.2, but it does not come up
in that version.  The quick trainer is much more thorough, but not hands on
and no footprint design section.  Anybody know how to get hold of that
tutorial and what version it will run in?
