What I do is change my logic in ORCAD Capture, then create a new netlist and
import the logic to Allegro. The schematic drives the PCB layout, and assembly
in our case. The only thing we ever change and back annotate to capture is
reference designators and occasionally do pin swaps, and gate swaps. It would
be nice though if constraint manager worked with capture!

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] Allegro to Capture BackAnnotation....
Hi,
I've created new nets in Allegro ( PCB Design Expert V14.2) Logic>Netlogic
and would like to backannotate them into Orcad Capture. Allegro online help
says that the Nets created using Netlogic menu cannot be brought into Capture.
What's everybody doing to include the new nets in Allegro into Capture? Drawing
the Wires manually ?
Is there any other option to do this? Please help...
Thanks in Advance...
Regards,
Suresh
