[PCB_FORUM] Allegro script problem

Hey guys,

Allegro SPB 15.1 on W2K.

I've been modifying my set up scripts to run on version 15.1.  The main
thing that needs to be addressed is shapes (adding route and package
keepins).  The bulk of the scripts were created from v14.2.

After editing them, I am getting some strange behavior.  I can run the
script one time and it barks at me that it ran into a problem, then doesn't
complete one of the last things that the script is doing, setting the DRC
marker size.  I can then reload the starting point database, rerun the
script (without editing it), and it has no problems and completes everything
it is suppose to do.  The scripts are on our network, and the Allegro
database where I am testing the scripts is on my C: drive (the scripts run
much slower when the Allegro database is also on the network).

Since these scripts are made up of pieces of other scripts, and some hand
entry, some lines have a "^M" at the end of the line, and some don't.  Could
this cause inconsistent behavior?
