Planning to evaluate rel 16.01 on Vista soon. I was evaluating rel 16.0 on 
Vista and found a lot of system level constraint manager issues that I would 
not have recommended the transition to rel 16.0 for us. As a result Cadence has 
said that these issues were suppose to be fixed in rel 16.01. We will see. 
Until I finish my evaluations I am staying on rel 15.5.1 for now on XP.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] Allegro 16.01 question

How many have upgraded to 16.01 using windows vista or XP and are happy with 
the performance and stability of allegro?  We are still using 15.7 but a number 
of our engineers are getting new pc's with the vista os.  We never upgraded to 
16.0 because of all of the problems I heard about but we know have enough 
engineers with vista machines that we are going to have to make the jump soon.  
Just curious.
