[PCB_FORUM] Re: Allegro 15.2 and Windows XP Home

Last I heard Cadence didn't support Allegro on XP Home, Les.  

I think the services run differently, which might be your problem.

On the other hand, I never tried, either :)  I bit the bullet and
upgraded to XP Pro before I even tried.

Hi All:

Is anyone out there running Allegro 15.2
on a Windows XP Home machine ?

I can't keep the license server running
after a reboot.

In order to start Allegro, I have to reinstall
the license server.
