Effective 7/14/06: SPB 15.7 release is now available world-wide for download 
from ESD at  <http://downloads.cadence.com/> http://downloads.cadence.com/
Delivery on CD-ROM will be available up to 5 working days after the Effective 
FCS date.
 
Customers can also find highlights of what's new in each product when they go 
to the silicon-package-board section of cadence.com ( 
http://www.cadence.com/products/si_pk_bd/index.aspx?lid=spb), navigate to 
products of interest, and click on the release info link in the right hand 
navigation bar.

Is this information in an Adobe PDF file so that those of us who are not 
currently on maintenance can see what's new?  I hoping that the information 
"gleaned" from the document, if it exists yet, will help me convince management
