Is this information in an Adobe PDF file so that those of us who are not

I heard this from a Cadence rep.

there are several new features. One that I remember is soldermask to copper 
drc's are now part of tool checking.

I've searched SourceLink and can't find a reference to 15.7 for Allegro PCB 
Editor.  Where did you hear that it's out?
