I have written a fairly substantial book using Easiwriter, and I am on the
final fiddling before publishing it. I have two problems :-
(a) Page Numbering On page 141 of the original manual it tells you how to
insert the page number in either a footer or a header. At the moment I have
the Page Numbers in the footer.
It then says the starting page number by choosing "Start chapter page", or
"Start documentpage" in the Format Menu.
My problem is that although I know the "Format" command has a number of
different Menus I can not find one with these options.
My object is to leve the contents pages un-numbered, and to start numbering
on the first page of Chapter 1.
(b) Warning Message "At least one page header is deeper than the existing
margins"
The problem in this case is that although I have allocated space for a
header, at present I hve not written anything in the header space.
