Richard, there are 3 separate volume controls on Icon/BP....
1. General volume (volume key up/down);
2. Media volume (0-volume key up/down);
3. Speech (TTS) volume (starkey-volume up/down)
It is likely that either the media volume is set to high, or that the speech
volume is set too low on your unit.
Please note that when the media volume is set to the default middle setting,
your unit will vibrate briefly.

Hello;
I have to have lost a significant amount of volume on my braille plus. The
beeps & clicks are as loud as ever but with the volume set at loudest the
audio is quieter than usual.
Any ideas appreciated.
