Hello Nimar and Jenny: You're not going to believe this, but what did the trick was selecting the "does not require authentication" option for the outgoing server. On the PC I have to check the does requihe authentication option. Thanks for your help. If you had not inquired about the authentication issue, I'd still be obsessing over what I might be doing wrong regarding the server address.
