Tim,
Go into the calendar. Press menu and select #9, settings. The first
setting allows you to set rather or not to display old appointments. Set
this to "yes" and you should be able to scroll back as far as you like.

I updated my braille plus to the latest revision and now find that I can't
scroll back to any
dates before 2011 in the calendar which I used to be able to do. If I scroll
by month using the left
arrow I can't go back any further than 2011. Is this a new limitation to the
calendar?
