I have written a message to them from a link on the site.
Odd that no one caught this during beta ttesting.
My web braille subscription was done so long ago; I am not sure what email
address I used at the time, but I did register my vr stream when the nls
program was announced.
If I get a reply to my message, I'll post the info to the list unless
someone comes up with another idea.

I don't know. Perhaps others will have ideas. I can tell you that I used
the same email address that I used for web braille and had no problems.

Hi, guys.
I went to the nls site to set up for the APH mobile manager. I filled out
the form and submitted. I was told that my email address was already in
their database and when I had submitted for use with the VR stream. What
should I do since it doesn't seem to like my email address?
