[icon Discussions] Re: orion

I agree. As a student who depends on my Braille Plus for most school work,
I suffer from having the BP gone for any length of time. Thankfully, my
major breakdowns haven't happened during the school year, but I definitely
am hoping that such issues have been addressed for the Orion. Keep in mind
that LS and APH could be completely avoiding this issue. This is a
completely new device and is probably using an entirely different chipset.
Also, it is possible that the new units are being made by a different
manufacturer.
Thanks,

I'd definitely want an advanced replacement program for any future levelstar
device. I've waited weeks at a time, glad it wasn't months, and I found the
process to be tiresome. I do way too much to expect a braille device to
survive going with me all day, so I wouldn't even go there.
