Hello Karin:
I suspect you have a corrupted RSS database.  Delete the database by following 
these 
steps:
1.  Make sure RSS is closed. 
2.  Go into  File Explorer by pressing 62 from the applications menu.  6 for 
the utilities menu 
and 2 for settings.
3.  When file explorer opens, you will be in the drives list.  press down arrow 
once until you 
hear internal flash disk.
4.  Press right arrow here.
4.  Down arrow until you here home folder.
5.  Press right arrow here.
6.  Down arrow until you root folder.
7.  Press right arrow here.
8.  Down arrow until you here DB folder.
9.  Press right arrow here.
10.  Down arrow until you here rss.db.
11.  Press the star key to delete the file.
12.  When it asks if your sure you want to delete RSS.db answer yes by pressing 
okay.
13.  Left arrow until you are back to the drives list.
14.  Up arrow to hard drive.
15.  Press right arrow.
16.  Down arrow until you here DB folder.
17.  Press right arrow here.
18.  Down arrow until you here rss.db. 
19.  Press the star key here.
20.  When it asks you if you are sure you want to delete rss.db answer yes by 
pressing okay.
21.  Close file explorer by pressing cancel. 
22.  Reopen RSS.
If you have any more questions or this doesn't work, please let me know.
