You might want the Long-OK.
Try holding the OK key down.

Hi, All,

I got my password from NLS and waiting for the special key.  This is
remarkable because I submitted my request for service this morning.

Meanwhile, I cannot open a link.  Maybe I don't understand the process.

I've tried the pound key to find a link.  That sometimes works.  Even when
my cursor is on the first character of the link, and I hold the OK button,
nothing ever happens.  What am I doing wrong?
