Hi Richard,
There are several websites made for testing your internet connection speed.
Google internet speed testers or a similar phrased for more.
You will need to contact LevelStar or APH tech support about removing keys.
The LevelStar support phone number is:
1-800-315-2305 option 1
And the email is:

To contact APH support, call:
1-800-223-1839
And pick the option for technical support. You can also email:
technology@xxxxxxx
There is not a way to transfer an Icon or Braille Plus NLS key to another
eligible player because each player's key is different, meaning it is tied
to that serial number, and each key for each device works different. Please
authorize other players by selecting that player on the BARD website under
the account link at:
https://nlsbard.loc.gov/
