Hello Chase,

The Refreshabraille is connected to my laptop via the USB and it is on. 
The only braille on the display is the one from the main menu, including APH
and the cereal number. However, when I run the updater software, I continue
to get the error indicating that it cannot find my device.

Thanks in advance for any other advice you may be able to provide. I really
appreciate all your demos with this great device.
