Hi List,

I posted the below questions a few days ago and didn't get but 1 response. I'm
wondering,
did they not post to the whole list? Did I hit reply rather than new message by mistake? Does
no one know the answers to my questions? Or, am I just not cute enough
for anyone to want to talk to? <smile>.

Just checking,
Erin

Original Message:

I'm a relatively new Braille+ user with some questions about the RSS reader.
First off, I wanna say how amazingly fun it is. I started teaching it
to myself last night and was really enjoying it. I've never used RSS
before, I'd wanted to, but never had a truly accessible reader. So, I think
this feature is fabulous!

1. How do you click on links in RSS articles? I tried and it wouldn't work.
Am I doing something wrong or does it just not work.
2. How do you delete articles that you've already read? I've looked in the
menus and didn't find an option that looked obvious-like delete article.

3. I've gone to sites that I know had RSS feeds, but when I had Braille+
search them, it said no feeds found. 3 such sites were cbs.com,
eonline.com, and livejournal.com. What's going on there? I found the exact
addresses for the latter 2 and subscribed, but I worry that I'm missing
feeds on other sites where the exact RSS addresses aren't obvious.

4. What does it mean when one tries to open a feed and Braille+ says "error,
unknown, 1:1 42105, not well formed, invalid token?"

5. I made a spelling error in a folder that I created. I tried renaming it
twice, it appeared to change, but then after I turned off the unit and then
turned it back on, the original misspelled folder name was back. What's
going
on there?

6. Is it possible to E-mail an RSS article?

Thanks for hearing me out and I look forward to replies.

Erin
