Yes. All of the system sounds are .ogg files.

Subject: [icon-discuss] OGG Vorbis files won't play after update?

I have some OGG Vorbis files which I could play previously, but
now if I try it, the audio player appears to crash. Has anyone been able
to play them?
Thanks.
