would like to let you know how useful your training podcasts were when I
was
getting up and running with my Braille Plus. Having them available on my
unit made the process of familiarizing myself with all the terrific
features

Hi:
When I try to find an author using the Internet Book Search option in the
Library menu, I get a message that says, "error retrieving author list."
This also happens when I try to search for a title or browse categories.
I've never had this happen before. Is anyone else experiencing this
problem?
I went to the BookShare.org site on my BP and it is up and running, so it
doesn't appear to be a problem with the site itself. I tried a reset
with
no success. Suggestions please?
