Yes Brian it does use samba so if I want to read a samba manual I probably can share entire drives, I just think that the option should be available with strong warnings instead of completely ignored because of perceived knowledge of the end-user.

There seems to be no way to share entire harddrives, I also find this a limitation, may have to look at the config files but that's not for this list. It might be insightful if Jenny or someone official could say why an entire drive can't be shared from the menu.
