Yes. First, you can control the level of punctuation spoken by useing Pound + Program 1. If you want everything spoken at a given level but that problem equal sign, you can go to the Settings Menu, and choose speech settings. From the Speech settings Dialog, press the Menu key and choose 2 for customize punctuation settings. You are then presented with 3 edit boxes containing the punctuation marks that are spoken at each level. Arrow up and down to move among them. Hello,

I have just begun experimenting with e-mail on the Braille Plus.

I receive weather forecasts and bulletins from

http://www.wunderground.com

They use the equal sign to separate sections of their bulletins.
When e-mail from them comes in,the Braille Plus goes nuts saying equals over and over and over. 

is there a way to possibly eliminate this problem?
