[icon-discuss] Re: Braille + and APH Support

But, you are talking about the Icon and not the Braille Plus. That is like
comparing apples and oranges. The support is not necessarily the same for both
units. And, support for the Braille Plus does not come from Levelstar unless
APH is not able to solve the problem.

: Well, I had a very different experience when I purchased my Icon. I
: purchased my Icon at the NFB convention in 2007. From the time I purchased
: it, I had a ton of problems. Levelstar was truly committed to helping me
: with the problem. I spoke to them several times and even had my fiancé call
: them as he is more technically savvy than I. Finally after a couple months
: of having problems I decided that I would tell them that if they could not
: either fix the problem or give me a new one to just give me a refund. They
: promptly provided me with another unit which I have had little to no trouble
: with. When I shipped my faulty unit to them, they found no problem with it,
: but since I continued to have trouble with it they satisfied me as a
: customer. I greatly appreciated this and will always do business with them
: for this reason.
